ReplyDeleteskin friendly silicone will not retain moisture or odors. They slip under your shoes removeable insole - I'm not sure how many of my shoes have insoles that are removeable.

ReplyDeleteI learned that the wrap of the insert allows it to mold to the shape of any shoe, so you can switch the insert between shoes as needed. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet, so this product would work miracles for me.
