I love my PolarPillow. Right from the first night I knew this was the pillow for me. I suffer from hot flashes and am always hot when I go to bed and can only sleep if my room is cold and I am cool. Well now I can sleep without having to have a fan on high and a window open all year round. I can fall asleep within minutes of laying my head on the
PolarPillow and stay asleep through the night. I use to wake up a number of times through the night to flip my old pillow over or to change to a different cooler pillow. I sleep so good that I am now waking up more refreshed and energized. I even use the PolarPillow in the middle of my back to help with reducing my hot flash symptoms. I am so in love with my PolarPillow that I can not see myself using a different pillow. I finally found my dream cooling pillow in PolarPillow.

Nice not to have to flip the pillow every 10 minutes. I have a large head, and this will do nicely.

ReplyDeleteI have a mattress pad that does the cooling, but a pillow would work great! Stress keeps your head hot, therefore the cooling pillow helps you sleep...NICE!
