  1. neck pillow is firm at the head area so that you get strong head support and it is narrower and softer at the cervical area.

  13. I would use it most often when we go to/from Salt Lake to visit with friends. We usually get headed back quite late and I fall asleep -- I always get a neck ache because my head is unsupported!
